Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries with timely, professional responses. Perform accurate data entry to maintain customer records and sales documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders for seamless communication. Monitor customer orders and update clients on delivery timelines. Analyze sales data to identify trends and support improved sales strategies. Organize and prioritize sales leads to ensure effective follow-up. Provide customer service support and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
