This full-time role requires expertise in business development, contract acquisition, and strategic relationship management within international and commercial sectors. Location: International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq Employment Type: Full-time position with a six (6) month probationary period. Requirements and Qualifications: Must be a United States citizen. Proven success in securing contracts and developing new business opportunities. Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and investment contracts. Strong and active professional network with: Diplomatic missions, international organizations, and commercial entities operating in Iraq. Oil and gas companies currently operating in Iraq and international companies planning to invest in the Iraqi market. Local and international commercial and technical companies. Key Responsibilities: Build and strengthen strategic partnerships and communication channels with diplomatic missions, international organizations, oil companies, and commercial enterprises. Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts for Al Baron Security. Facilitate negotiations and execution of commercial agreements and contracts. Support foreign companies seeking to establish or expand operations in Iraq. Provide expert advice on contracts, business development, and institutional relations.
