Internship - French Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

About the role

As a CX Sourcing Specialist-Entry at TELUS Digital, you will help build a talent pipeline for high-volume customer experience agent recruitment across assigned locations and languages. You will learn and carry out sourcing plans through cold outreach, event marketing and campaign creation under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs and define or adjust sourcing plans.
• Run cold outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms to identify potential CX agent candidates.
• Participate in event marketing and recruitment campaigns to generate candidate interest.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for assigned language groups or regions.
• Pre-screen candidates for basic qualifications before handing them off to the recruitment team.
• Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health and candidate quality.
• Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement and gather feedback on the hiring process.
• Assist with creating job postings and marketing materials for recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
• B2+ oral and written French.
• Ability to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and use sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns and track sourcing metrics through basic data analysis.
• Ability to work independently with clear guidance and support, with attention to detail in candidate information and communication.
• Customer service orientation, professional candidate engagement and problem-solving skills for straightforward situations.
