Role MissionKeep inventory available and inbound shipments moving, reading demand signals early enough to act on them, and tracking shipments closely enough that delays get flagged before they become stockouts.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and interpret demand signals across assigned SKUs; flag meaningful changes with their impact on inventory position and PO timingOwn the forward inventory coverage view for assigned SKUs, know what's at risk before it becomes a problemTrack all active inbound shipments from origin to fulfillment center, maintaining a real-time status view across key milestones (production, freight pickup, port arrival, delivery)Flag any inbound delay immediately, with its estimated impact on inventory availability and a recommended response (expedite, reallocate, adjust PO)Communicate inventory risk and recommended actions clearly to internal stakeholders, before, not after, a stockout window opensCoordinate with our customs brokers on shipment status and documentation as needed to keep inbound visibility currentKey ChallengesHolding two things at once: what's coming in (logistics) and what's about to run out (inventory) and connecting them fast enough to actDocumentation and shipment precision under deadline pressureReading signals that aren't always in a clean report (seasonal spikes, demand shifts) and translating them into a clear actionWhat We're Looking For1-2 years in supply chain, logistics, or inventory/demand planning (Amazon FBA or e-commerce experience strongly preferred)Strong Excel/data analysis skillsBilingual Spanish/English, clear written and verbal communicationProactive, surfaces problems before being askedComfortable with precision and deadlinesCritical CompetenciesSignal orientation, reads data as a forward indicator, not just a reportDocumentation precisionProactive, plain-language communicationOwnership under ambiguity
