Inventory Manager

We are a fast-growing startup looking for a high-ownership Warehouse Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be the absolute backbone of our physical and digital operations—managing the flow of goods through our warehouse and ensuring our systems are 100% accurate.
We don't need a passive order-taker; we need a highly responsible, proactive executor who takes pride in an airtight warehouse, accurate database management, and getting things done.
What You’ll Do● Master the Warehouse & Supply Chain: Own the daily logistics. Supervise inventory levels, coordinate incoming shipments, manage supplier relationships, and ensure procurement runs like clockwork.● Own CRM Listings & Data Entry: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for our sales data. You will be responsible for high-accuracy data entry, listing products, updating client/vendor files, and keeping our CRM meticulously organized.● Keep Odoo Accurate: Track product movements, update stock counts, and ensure our digital inventory matches physical reality inside our ERP system.● Handle the Financial Tail-End: Manage the foundational admin that keeps the gears turning—specifically handling the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing tied to our supply chain and vendor activities.

You thrive when given ownership and love the satisfaction of clean data.● Odoo Expertise (Non-Negotiable): You have hands-on, practical experience managing inventory, procurement, and CRM/sales modules inside the Odoo (ODOO) platform.● Data & Spreadsheet Wizardry: Fast, accurate data entry skills, backed by advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.● Logistics & Admin Blend: Solid experience in warehouse management and supply chain logistics, with a strong comfort level handling both CRM data management and foundational AP/AR admin.
