Job Summary
The Invoice Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for handling invoicing for assigned customers within the corporate division(s).
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Invoice customers according to their specific requirements, utilizing methods such as email and customer portals.Research and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.Communicate with the finance team, Account Executives, and other support personnel to address issues as needed.Perform basic clerical, data entry, research, and problem-resolution tasks.Adhere to strict deadlines.Perform other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Proficient in PC usage (Microsoft Office) with strong communication and organizational skills.Strong English communication skills, both in writing and on the phone.Ability to communicate clearly with internal employees and external customers.Basic problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues.Ability to multitask effectively.Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.Willingness to learn and develop conflict resolution skills.No previous logistics experience is necessary; training will be provided.
