Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead iOS Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality native iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable mobile applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, and GraphQL, while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering best practices. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade native iOS applications.Drive technical strategy and establish best practices for iOS development across multiple projects.Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable application architecture using modern iOS frameworks.Develop high-performance applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C. Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to deliver seamless user experiences.Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality through testing and continuous integration.Mentor and coach iOS engineers, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance optimization initiatives.Participate in technical planning, estimation, sprint ceremonies, and release management. Stay current with emerging iOS technologies and recommend improvements to the development process.
