What you will do in this role:Lead the definition and improvement of global processes, including Lifecycle and Patch Management.Coordinate application security and operability in collaboration with Cybersecurity teams.Advise business units to ensure their technological solutions are efficient and compliant with standards.Manage relationships with external IT service providers and identify automation opportunities.
What we are looking for (Mandatory):German proficiency at C1 level.3+ years of experience in Application Management or IT Process Management.Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.Analytical skills to manage complex system environments and understand dependencies.Proven experience designing IT governance structures.Confident communication skills to present technical topics to stakeholders at all levels.
