IT Asset Management Analyst

We're looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to support the management of software assets across a global environment.
About the Role
You'll help manage software licenses and entitlements, maintain accurate asset data in ServiceNow, support the software asset lifecycle, and contribute to software cost tracking and compliance.
Responsibilities
Support the software asset lifecycle, including license and entitlement management, renewals, and asset tracking in ServiceNow ITAM.Maintain accurate software inventory, reporting, and audit-ready documentation.Partner with IT, Procurement, and Finance to support software spending, vendor renewals, and asset optimization.
Qualifications
Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or IT Operations.Experience with ServiceNow ITAM or ServiceNow Asset Management.Understanding of software licensing, entitlement management, and software asset lifecycle processes.Exposure to software budgeting, spend tracking, or vendor/procurement activities is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
