About the RoleWe are looking for an IT Business Trainee to support the Sales Systems Supervisor and CRM Specialist in the management and improvement of business systems, data, and processes supporting the commercial organization.This is a business-facing IT role, focused on systems, analysis, and process optimization — not technical support or help desk.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration and improvement of Sales Systems and CRM platforms.Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.Support CRM data quality, updates, and process follow-up.Document and improve business processes and system requirements.Support testing and implementation of system enhancements.Coordinate with Sales and other business areas to identify system and process needs.
RequirementsBachelor’s student of the last semesters in, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fieldsAdvanced English is a mustAvailable to work, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m in Polanco - CDMXBasic knowledge of Excel, CRM, data analysis, or business systems is a nice to haveAnalytical, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
