IT Department Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and systems administration
- Manage networks, servers, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and IT assets
- Support engineering systems such as CAD/CAE/CAM, PLM/PDM, and related applications
- Oversee software licensing, procurement of IT hardware, and vendor coordination
- Provide IT support, onboarding/offboarding assistance, and user training
- Support R&D administration including

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive IT experience
- At least 3 years leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments is highly preferred
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, engineering systems, and vendor management
