IT Intern - Talent Intelligence AI Support

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico (Hybrid)Schedule: Part-Time (Minimum 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position upon graduation. Hybrid/remote flexibility is available during the academic semester to support class schedules.
About the RoleBMA Group is seeking a motivated 3rd-year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or another related technical field to support a strategic technology recruiting project. This is a unique opportunity to apply your technical knowledge while gaining hands-on experience with AI, talent intelligence, and data-driven recruiting.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify Engineering and IT talent.Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to improve recruiting and research processes.Review technical resumes and assist with candidate evaluations.Support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Collaborate with recruiters on high-impact hiring projects.Help identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
QualificationsCurrently in your 3rd year or above pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.Available to work at least 25 hours per week.Passionate about AI, technology, Machine Learning, innovation, and problem-solving.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.Fluent in Spanish and English
