IT Operations Specialist

About the Role
Coordinate all IT operational activities required to keep the call center running efficiently, acting as the bridge between Operations, external IT vendors, client IT departments and internal stakeholders.This position is to ensures execution, follow-up, coordination, documentation and proactive management of all local technology needs.The ideal candidate naturally identifies problems before they become operational issues, follows through without constant supervision and creates structure where others create chaos.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, maintaining systems, and implementing technology solutions that improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.* Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.* Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing and recovering IT equipment.* Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.* Perform routine system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.* Assist with network administration, including Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and connectivity issues.* Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.* Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers when necessary.* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.* Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and equipment.
