About the role
Concentrix is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives that support client growth, operational excellence, infrastructure transformation, and strategic business objectives. The role connects business stakeholders and technical workstreams, ensuring projects are planned, governed, communicated, and delivered on time, within scope and budget, with minimal operational risk. It also oversees the transition of solutions into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate cross-functional IT workstreams, including Architecture, Network, Telecom, Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and ITSDM, as well as external vendors.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive governance and ensure required change controls, such as CRQs, are completed through the appropriate IT owners.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, and business requirements.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee accurate project documentation that complies with organizational standards.
- Ensure delivered solutions transition into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of related experience.
- A master’s degree or PhD is valued but not required.
