The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives that support client growth, operational excellence, infrastructure transformation, and strategic business objectives across Concentrix. The role serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical workstreams, ensuring projects are properly planned, governed, communicated, and delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and with minimal operational risk, including the successful transition of delivered solutions into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.KEY RESPONSABILITIESLead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and obtain necessary approvalsCoordinate cross-functional IT workstreams (Architecture, Network, Telecom, Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, ITSDM) and external vendors to ensure alignment and resource availabilityIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategiesDrive governance cadence and ensure required change controls (e.g., CRQs) are completed through the appropriate IT ownersEnsure project deliverables meet quality, security, and business requirementsManage project communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior managementOversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standardsEnsure successful transition of delivered solutions into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operationsMentor and guide junior project managers and team membersREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of related experience. A master’s degree or PhD is valued but not required.3-6 years of related project management experience leading technology initiatives, with a proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects in enterprise environments; Tech, BPO, Telco, or Banking background, regional and global deploymentsExperience coordinating infrastructure, network, telecom, cloud, security, migration, or application implementation projectsExperience working with executive stakeholders and global teamsB2-C1 English level Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)PMP, PMO, PMGA, or equivalent project management certification preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with stakeholder management and negotiation
