Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to meet project milestones on time and within budget. Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
