Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to meet project milestones on time and within budget. Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes. Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to maintain transparency, engagement, and timely decision-making. Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying solutions to minimize impact and keep projects on track. Oversee comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Measure project success through KPIs and metrics, providing insightful updates to senior management to inform strategic decisions. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management. Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency with project management software tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Preferred: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP). Experience working in a technology-driven company with a focus on innovation.
