Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones on time and within scope. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments. Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and engagement. Manage project risks and issues proactively to keep projects on track. Oversee project documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Measure project success through KPIs and provide updates to senior management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field. Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with project management software and tools. Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile certifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Employment Type: Full-time, on-site in Tokyo. This role is not eligible for remote work.
