Key Responsibilities Source top software engineering talent via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and referrals. Review resumes to identify candidates matching technical job requirements. Conduct initial screening calls assessing experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status. Assist in refining job descriptions and outreach messaging to attract top talent. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or Talent Sourcer. Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals. Good understanding of software engineering skills and technical roles.
