We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join a fast-growing recruitment and staffing firm in South Florida, working remotely from Honduras.You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and engaging top IT talent, while building strong candidate relationships and developing high-quality talent pipelines.
📍 Location: Honduras 🏠 Work Model: Remote / Work from Home 📄 Contract: Contractor 💰 Monthly Compensation: USD $950 – $1,080 🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST 🇺🇸 English: B2+ / C1 required — fluent communication and neutral accent
🔑 What we're looking for:1–3 years of recruiting experience — recruitment/staffing experience required.Strong IT sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/CRM, or similar platforms.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Proactive, competitive, organized, and results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
