Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure quality hires. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to accurately understand and fulfill staffing needs and job specifications. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics. Conduct thorough background and reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and suitability. Participate actively in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to attract top IT talent. Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill metrics. Support onboarding processes by coordinating with HR and hiring teams for smooth candidate transitions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously enhance sourcing strategies. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams. A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work full-time on-site in Santacruz, Mumbai. Preferred: Internship or up to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR functions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
