About the role
CEVA Logistics is seeking an IT Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Technology positions. The role works with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Technology stakeholders to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies and share market insights throughout recruitment.
The coordinator manages multiple specialized and potentially hard-to-fill IT requisitions simultaneously, with autonomy to guide stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations and recruitment strategies. The role also contributes to strengthening CEVA Logistics' technology talent pipeline, employer brand and recruitment capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Technology positions.
- Attract, assess and select qualified talent according to business requirements, technical profiles and established hiring timelines.
- Work with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Technology stakeholders to understand technical requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Provide market insights and guidance on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations and recruitment strategies.
- Manage multiple specialized and potentially hard-to-fill IT requisitions simultaneously.
- Contribute to strengthening the technology talent pipeline, employer brand and recruitment capabilities.
