On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an: IT Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT systems.Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.Resolve incidents, document solutions, and escalate complex issues.Ensure IT security compliance and smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Technical degree or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN).Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.Advanced English proficiency.
