IT Support Technician

About the role

Bradken is a global leader in innovative wear solutions and custom-engineered products for the resources sector. In this role, you will support Bradken's IT systems and business applications, helping users resolve issues, maintain productivity and ensure effective technology services.

This fully bilingual role (English and Spanish) supports local and global stakeholders. Applications must be submitted in English, and candidates will be assessed on their ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English throughout the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage and resolve issues across business applications and IT systems.
• Record, manage and communicate incidents and service requests effectively.
• Provide application support, technical assistance and day-to-day service support to end users.
• Manage routine system administration, including access management, configuration requests and software licence allocation in line with established processes.
• Participate in testing, peer reviews and quality assurance activities for system changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and support records.
• Work closely with IT specialists, systems analysts and business users, gaining exposure to enterprise applications, testing activities, system changes and IT service delivery.

Requirements
