IT Systems Administrator Active Directory Identity Management

📍 Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid) 📄 Contract: Indefinite Term (COP)About the RoleWe are looking for an IT Systems Administrator with strong expertise in Active Directory and Identity Management to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise identity services, supporting domain migrations, and ensuring secure access management across the organization.You'll play a key role in onboarding newly acquired companies, maintaining a secure and scalable Active Directory environment, and collaborating on infrastructure and security initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You'll DoAdminister and maintain Active Directory environments, including users, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), and Group Policies (GPOs).Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning following identity lifecycle policies.Enforce identity governance and access control standards.Support domain migrations, Active Directory consolidations, and M&A integration projects.Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and Group Policy issues.Administer Windows Server environments and Domain Controllers.Support hybrid identity environments using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Ensure system availability, patch management, and configuration compliance.Manage core directory services such as DNS and DHCP.Implement security best practices, including:Least privilege accessPrivileged Access Management (PAM)Password and authentication policiesSupport security tool integration and SOC onboarding during company acquisitions.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration.Strong hands-on experience administering Active Directory.Experience with:Group Policy Objects (GPOs)Organizational Unit (OU) design and restructuringDomain migrations and/or Active Directory consolidationsSolid experience with Windows Server administration.Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.Experience using PowerShell to automate Active Directory administration tasks.Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and identity lifecycle management.Experience working in multi-domain or multi-tenant environments.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).Availability to work in a hybrid model from Bogotá, Colombia.Why Join Us?Indefinite-term contract with competitive compensation in COP.Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale infrastructure and M&A integration projects.Collaborative international environment with exposure to modern identity and security technologies.Career growth within a dynamic and innovative IT organization.
