Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple platforms. Deliver technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and face-to-face. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Assist with network administration to maintain connectivity and optimize performance. Document technical processes , issues, and solutions for future reference. Support system upgrades and migrations as part of IT projects. Collaborate with IT team members to implement technology improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma required; relevant hands-on experience essential. Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems effectively. Strong understanding of networking concepts and IT support workflows.
