Join MRCC as a Part-Time IT Technician in Miramar Beach, Florida, and be a key player in supporting and maintaining our technology infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems across multiple systems. Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Assist with network administration to ensure optimal connectivity and performance. Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and solutions. Participate in system upgrades and migration projects as needed. Collaborate with IT team members to implement technology improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma required; relevant hands-on experience essential. Proven expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and IT support processes. Familiarity with common operating systems and productivity software. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
