DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 10+ years of hands-on development experience and a minimum of 4+ years in team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), PostgreSQL, and Retail Commerce solutions. This role requires experience in designing scalable cloud-native applications, leading development teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving end-to-end solution delivery in Agile environments.ResponsibilitiesGood retail domain experience & leading team10+ years of experience in software development.4+ years of proven experience leading development teams.Strong coding skills in Java and hands-on development experience with Spring Boot Microservices.Proven experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and resilient applications.Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native application development.Strong experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Strong code review, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.Experience with automated testing using Cucumber or similar frameworks.Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Strong understanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client coordination skills.Experience working in high-availability, mission-critical environments.Mandatory experience in Retail Commerce/eCommerce domain.Strong understanding of retail business processes including Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout, and Order Management.Experience integrating applications with Loyalty, Rewards, CRM, Martech, Payment, and SaaS platforms.Ability to take ownership from requirements gathering through production deployment and support.
