Junior Accountant

We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant– Property Accounting
BMA Group Global is currently supporting the search for a Junior Accountant to join a growing real estate company in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Location: San Juan, PRSchedule: Full-Time | On-SiteSalary: $35,000 + Benefits
This is a great opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in property accounting.
Key Responsibilities:• Tenant billing and invoicing• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable• Bank deposits and reconciliations• Recording transactions in QuickBooks• Supporting monthly reporting and accounting activities• Maintaining accurate records across multiple properties and entities
What We’re Looking For:• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred• QuickBooks experience required• Proficiency in Excel• Basic understanding of accounting principles• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience is a plus• Property accounting or Yardi experience is a plus• English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred
