Junior Accounts Receivable AR Analyst

This opportunity is designed for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are looking to develop a long-term career in Accounts Receivable, Billing and Financial Operations within an international professional services environment.If you enjoy working with numbers, interacting with international clients and continuously improving processes, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoCoordinate the firm's billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable with local and international clients.Prepare and send account statements.Maintain client billing platforms (ERP / e-Billing systems).Support the creation and maintenance of billing items in SAP.Respond to client inquiries related to billing and collections.Collaborate with the Finance team to continuously improve our billing and collection processes.
What We're Looking ForEducationBachelor's degree or senior student in Commercial Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Experience0–3 years of professional experience in:Accounts ReceivableBillingAccountingFinancial Operations
Technical SkillsAdvanced English (written and spoken).Advanced Microsoft Excel.SAP knowledge is a plus.
