Key Responsibilities Assist in developing architectural designs that are innovative and visually appealing. Create detailed 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD and other architectural design software. Collaborate with senior architects and team members in project meetings to gather requirements and feedback. Prepare presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts and project progress to clients. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards. Support project management by scheduling timelines and tracking deliverables. Contribute ideas and insights during team briefings to improve design quality and communication. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and similar 3D modeling/design software. Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking applied to design challenges. Knowledge of building codes and sustainable architectural practices. Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. Internship or practical experience in architectural design is preferred. Compensation: ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, on-site position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Remote work is not eligible.
