Key Responsibilities Assist in developing architectural designs that are innovative and visually compelling. Create detailed 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD and other architectural software tools. Participate actively in project meetings, collaborating with senior architects and team members to refine project requirements. Prepare presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts and project progress to clients. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards. Support project management by scheduling timelines and monitoring deliverables. Contribute ideas and insights during team briefings to improve design quality and communication. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other 3D modeling/design software. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to architectural challenges. Knowledge of building codes and sustainable design practices. Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. Internship or practical experience in architectural design is preferred.
