📌 Underwriting Specialist📍 Location: Barranquilla & Bogotá only🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST🏢 On-Site | Full-Time✅ What You'll Do🔹 Manage the RFP process with insurance carriers.🔹 Gather census, claims, and benefits data.🔹 Prepare client presentations and cost analysis reports.🔹 Coordinate with clients and insurance providers.🔹 Build strong relationships with carrier representatives.🎯 Requirements✅ 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits or a related field (mandatory).✅ Experience with the RFP process.✅ Census Data experience must be clearly listed on the CV.✅ Strong English communication skills (C1)✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.⭐ PEO experience is a plus.🚨 Only candidates located in Barranquilla or Bogotá will be considered.
