📌 Underwriting Specialist📍 Location: Barranquilla & Bogotá only 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST 🏢 On-Site | Full-Time✅ What You'll Do🔹 Manage the RFP process with insurance carriers. 🔹 Gather census, claims, and benefits data. 🔹 Prepare client presentations and cost analysis reports. 🔹 Coordinate with clients and insurance providers. 🔹 Build strong relationships with carrier representatives.🎯 Requirements✅ 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits or a related field (mandatory). ✅ Experience with the RFP process. ✅ Census Data experience must be clearly listed on the CV. ✅ Strong English communication skills (C1) ✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.⭐ PEO experience is a plus. 🚨 Only candidates located in Barranquilla or Bogotá will be considered.
