Junior Brand Graphic Designer

About the role

Nunalabs is a multinational biotech startup developing botanical extracts from Amazonian and Andean plants for global markets. The company works from facilities in the cloud forest of the Chocó Andino Biosphere Reserve, near Mindo, Ecuador, with a model built on traceability, sustainability, and fair relationships across the value chain.

The Junior Brand & Graphic Designer works closely with Marketing and Product to translate brand strategy into visual pieces. The role creates templates, graphic pieces, and a brand system for other teams to use. Publishing, scheduling, and the social media editorial calendar are handled by the Content Creator role.

Responsibilities

• Design brand identity and graphic materials for Amazon and Shopify.
• Create creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop visual kits for influencer partnerships.
• Maintain brand consistency as the team grows.
• Manage multiple design requests with agility.

Requirements

• University or technical degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience backed by a portfolio.
• Minimum 2 years of specific experience in graphic or brand design.
• Experience designing logos, brand elements, and visual identity applications.
• Strong command of typography and brand guidelines across digital and print.
