We're on the hunt for a Junior Content & CRM Assistant to help us connect with LATAM audiences across Argentina, Colombia and Chile — one post, one push notification and one perfectly-timed trend at a time. Based in Bogotá, you'll work hands-on with our Senior LATAM Market Owner, bring the ideas, and help us prove that dating (and marketing) is better when it's done right. Sound like a swipe right? Goal of the roleAs our Junior Content & CRM Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day execution of content, social media and CRM initiatives across LATAM markets (Argentina, Colombia and Chile). Working closely with our LATAM Market Owners, you'll help keep projects moving, bring content to life, and contribute fresh ideas that grow engagement across the region.

Result areasSocial Media Execution across LATAMSchedule, publish and localize content across our LATAM social channels, while researching trends and formats to keep it fresh.Bring your own creative ideas to the table to help grow engagement across the region.CRM Operational SupportSupport the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns across LATAM markets — from localization to follow-up.Keep workflows and documentation organized so nothing falls through the cracks.Creative Effectiveness Project SupportResearch local trends and cultural insights, then adapt high-performing creative from Brazil for LATAM audiences.Team up with our Creative Studio and Growth teams to bring projects to life.Operational & Growth SupportJump in wherever LATAM growth needs a hand, keeping trackers and project info organized and up to date.
