Role Description The Junior Contracting Manager USA & Canada is a full-time, on-site role based in Punta Cana. This role supports the negotiation and management of commercial agreements with tour operators, and distribution partners across the USA and Canada. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activity, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with sales and revenue management to optimize distribution and profitability. The Junior Contracting Manager will also help coordinate promotional campaigns, maintain strong partner relationships, and contribute to reporting and administrative tasks related to contracting activities.
