Junior Creative Developer

Position: Junior Creative Developer (Front End Developer)
Description: The Creative Developer is responsible for developing projects based off of client provided requirements & storyboards with complex JavaScript animations, & API pulls coded to pixel perfection. This role involves using various design and development tools to create websites, applications, rich media display and social media campaigns, converting provided design direction into compatible development formats. The developer will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective deliverables. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Animations and various design tools, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
Responsibilities: Ad Creation and DevelopmentConvert client supplied files into Responsive HTML Websites, Landing Pages and Ad Units.Develop responsive rich media, based on client briefs, storyboards, and PSD files. Annotate design documents with font families, weights, colors, and other specifications. Collaboration and Client Interaction:Work closely with clients to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met. Provide creative input and suggestions during client meetings and project briefings. Communicate regularly with Team Leads and clients to update project progress and receive feedback.Technical and Creative Development: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices to ensure all development projects are compatible within various platforms. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat) Expertise in Figma, and code editors.

Hard Skills: HTML and CSS: Proficiency in coding and debugging ads to ensure crossplatform compatibility. Design Tools: Expertise in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Animation: Ability to implement and troubleshoot interactive elements using JavaScript, Json and Lottie Animations. APIs: Endpoint Integrations for AI Work CMS Development: Experience with Prismic CMS is a Bonus Testing Experience: Familiarity with commenting, creating, testing, and optimizing development projects. MS Excel: Competency in managing project timelines, budgets, and reporting.
Studies and Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in online development. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Animations and the use of design tools for creating digital development projects while producing WCAG compliant code and designs.
