Junior Electrical Engineer

Redtree is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join its growing team and contribute to high-impact national and international projects. The role offers the opportunity to learn alongside experienced engineers, develop hands-on technical skills, and build a career in power generation and infrastructure engineering.

You will join the Electrical Engineering team and support the technical development, design, and execution of engineering projects. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will contribute to engineering deliverables while progressively taking on greater technical responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
• Assist in developing electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Prepare one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation under senior supervision.
• Support the design and specification of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.
• Assist with electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, and grounding analyses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support integrated and constructible engineering solutions.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
• Apply applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications in day-to-day work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering; internships and academic projects count.
• Advanced English proficiency.
