Junior Executive - Human Resources (Rathmalana)

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations at the plant level, covering payroll processing, workforce administration, statutory compliance, and employee relations. The role involves engaging with employees across job levels, from factory floor workers to executive staff, while ensuring HR processes are carried out accurately and in line with company policies and legal requirements. The candidate will also support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a compliant and well-structured work environment.

PERSONAL PROFILE
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka labour law, EPF/ETF regulations, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and employee records management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS or payroll system experience is an added advantage
