Key Responsibilities Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure continuous operation. Conduct routine inspections of surveillance equipment to maintain optimal functionality. Collaborate with the IT team to support infrastructure and system upgrades. Respond to service requests and provide technical support related to surveillance systems. Document and report system operations and performance in compliance with company policies. Participate in training workshops to enhance IT and surveillance technology skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma, ITI, B.Sc. (IT), BCA, or BE in Electronics or Computer Science. Proven knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems. 0-2 years experience in IT support roles, preferably in surveillance. Familiarity with network protocols and basic networking principles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
