Junior Executive - Merchandising Supply Chain

Department: Retail & Merchandising Employment Type: Full-time Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Source & Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing, distribution, an delivery. - Negotiate pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors. - Monitor sales, stock levels, and inventory to ensure performance & analyze sales trend. - Prepare weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports. - Coordinate with Branding, Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams. - Ensure the right product, quantity, size, color, and price are available within TNA. - Regularly maintain accurate sourcing/supply, plan to be on demand. - Ability to handle product pricing, production-related problems during the working process. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers and perform task assignment by management based on business needs. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, fashion merchandising, or supply chain preferred. - Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or Spreadsheet. - Experience with fashion/lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
