Junior LD Specialist

Location: HerediaHybrid, 2 days in the officeMonday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM1 year contract
Responsibilities:Support day-to-day project tracking across learning experience programsMaintain timelines, task lists, and trackers; follow up on deliverables across teamsCoordinate meetings, notes, and status updates with cross-functional stakeholdersAssist with execution of learner engagement and experience activitiesTrack basic metrics and support reportingHelp document processes and improve workflow efficiency
Requirements: High school diploma or university education and experienceAdvanced English B2+ or C1 85-90%1 years’ experience as Project/Event Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, in learning programs, experience, events, or engagementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Project coordination fundamentals (timelines, action items, stakeholder comms)Experience with project tools (Asana, Airtable, etc.) is a plusComfortable working cross-functionallyStrong organization and time management. Clear communication and follow-up skillsStakeholder collaboration across teamsBasic project coordination experience (entry-level OK)
