We are looking for a Junior Operations Engineer to join their dynamic operations teamIn this role, you will act as a key support bridge between field execution, technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing interactions. You will assist installation crews, support field technicians, and help ensure homeowners receive fast, clear, and high-quality assistance throughout the installation and service process.This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a natural drive to grow into leadership. You don't need years of experience — we're looking for the right person with the right attitude and potentialThis role offers two shift options:Evening Shift: 2 PM – 10 PMRegular Shift: 7 AM – 5 PM

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day field operations to ensure smooth project execution and quality standardsAssist installation crews, electricians, and field technicians with technical and operational questionsHelp resolve homeowner and field issues quickly and effectively as a first point of contactTroubleshoot operational and technical issues both on-site and remotelyCommunicate clearly with customers to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve concernsCollaborate with project managers and coordinators to keep workflows running smoothlyIdentify recurring issues and contribute ideas for process improvementSupport training and onboarding of field personnel by sharing best practicesEnsure accurate and timely documentation and operational reporting

What We're Looking For:Experience0–5 years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, field service, or related rolesFresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and leadership potential are encouraged to applyCore CompetenciesNatural leadership instinct — someone who takes initiative and ownership without being askedStrong communication skills in English (required)Ability to stay calm, think clearly, and make decisions under pressureEagerness to learn fast and grow into a managementTechnical & Support BackgroundComfortable with technical concepts or willing to learn quicklyExperience (or strong interest) in customer-facing or operational environmentsProblem-SolvingAbility to diagnose issues quickly and propose practical solutionsGrowth-OrientedGenuinely motivated to advance into team leadership and management — this is a core requirement, not a perkPreferred Background (nice to have, not required)Exposure to solar, construction, home services, HVAC, or field operationsEngineering degree (mechanical, electrical, energy, or related fields)Experience with electrical systems, installations, or technical troubleshooting
