You will help design, manage and prepare solutions that fulfill the needs of a competitive industry while maintaining and taking care of contract requirements.
In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
⦁ As a Project Manager your will center around Implementing and upgrading new and existing customers.⦁ Take projects from original concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers.⦁ Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.⦁ Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.⦁ Develop project plans and related task lists as necessary, update plans accordingly.⦁ Maintain accurate and complete documentation and procedures identified throughout the project relating to new product/feature functionality.⦁ Provide occasional after-hours support for client implementations.⦁ Develop and maintain consistent standards for project status reporting for internal and external purpose.⦁ Participate in knowledge base maintenance efforts, which may include various analysis and design specification documents and ensure documents are technically accurate, timely, and client orientated.⦁ Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
⦁ 2+ years of proven project management experience, the ability to manage and drive multiple efforts simultaneously, with a focus on implementation excellence.⦁ Advanced English Level (90% or C1 equivalent).⦁ Flexible to work in shifts as per business needs.⦁ Must have excellent organization and communication skills and be able to effectively multitask, facilitate issue resolution, and will require extreme attention to detail.⦁ Experience utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Exposure to financial Services or Banking industry is preferred, along with heart and positive mental attitude.Project Management Certification (CAPM/PMP)Scrum Certified Professional (Scrum Master)Six Sigma Certified Professional
