💼 Experience.Minimum 2 years of Technical Project Management or related experience.Experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities.✅ Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to successful completion.✅ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.✅ Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.✅ Monitor project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.✅ Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.✅ Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and project priorities.✅ Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of project documentation, training materials, and presentations.✅ Facilitate project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.✅ Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while aligning stakeholder expectations.✅ Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.✅ Ensure project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are clearly documented and communicated.✅ Maintain accountability for project quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in a technology-focused field.✔ 2+ years of Technical Project Management experience.✔ Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.✔ Experience interacting with stakeholders and clients across all organizational levels.✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.✔ Strong presentation and documentation capabilities.✔ Outstanding organizational, leadership, and time management skills.✔ Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.✔ Results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
