About the Company: Mayatax is a US-based BPO serving American clients across multiple industries.
About the Role: We are seeking a bilingual recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our retail field teams. This role is responsible for contacting candidate referrals, and other potential candidates, conducting initial screening conversations, and scheduling interviews for our field recruiter. This is a high-output, phone-based role that requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly. The goal of this role is to increase hiring speed, improve candidate experience, and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:Candidate Outreach & Screening:Contact candidate referrals within the same day they are received.Conduct short screening calls in Spanish and English.Ask structured qualification questions.Accurately qualify or disqualify candidates.
Interview Scheduling:Schedule interviews directly with the field recruiter.Ensure candidates understand next steps and expectations.Send confirmations and reminders.
Pipeline Management:Track all candidate activity in the system.Maintain organized records.Follow up with candidates as needed.
Candidate Experience:Provide professional experience on every call.Communicate clearly in Spanish and English.Answer basic candidate questions.
Qualifications:0–2 years experience in customer service, call center, recruiting, or admin roles.Provide professional experience on every call.Communicate clearly in Spanish and English.Strong organization skills.Ability to follow structured processes.Experience supporting US-based teams.
