Role OverviewTo support front-office applications within the Fixed Income Sales and Trading environment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support for front-office fixed income applications.Maintain constant interaction with traders and middle-office teams to handle incidents and operational queries.Perform daily reconciliation activities.Identify, analyze, and escalate issues to Level 2 support teams.Track and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution.Support data validation activities.Participate in basic testing and validation processes.
