Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & OutreachPost job openings on career sites, job boards, and social media.Assist in sourcing candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates.Screening & CoordinationReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.Recruitment SupportMaintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.Support senior recruiters in managing high-volume requisitions.Candidate ExperienceCommunicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates.Assist with onboarding activities when needed.
Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not always required).Experience: Internship or prior exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational ability and attention to detail.Familiarity with ATS or HR software is beneficial.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
