Junior Web Developer - Remote - United States

James Ito is hiring a motivated Junior Web Developer / Junior Software Developer to join our remote team across the United States. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful web projects that enhance user experience and digital presence. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications primarily using HTML and related web technologies. Collaborate with senior developers to debug and resolve design and functionality issues. Assist in implementing website enhancements and new features driven by user feedback and industry best practices. Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality. Work closely with project managers to understand requirements and meet project deadlines. Engage in daily stand-ups and team meetings to communicate progress and set daily goals. Continuously update your technical skills through online learning and workshops. Required and Preferred Qualifications Completion of a Web Development Bootcamp or equivalent training. Proficiency in HTML; familiarity with CSS and JavaScript is a strong plus. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
