Just Care Coach Counselor

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Chemical Dependency, or related field
• 1 year (1,820 hours) of clinical experience
• Experience in a health or human services setting
• Substance use disorder treatment experience preferred

HIGHLIGHTS
• Community-based clinical position
• Manage caseload of 10–12 clients
• Provide direct care and treatment planning
• Maintain documentation and reports
• Participate in training, supervision, and staff meetings
• Flexible schedule with some on-call responsibilities
