What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office software. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles within fast-paced environments.
