Key Account Specialist KAS Lazada Shopee TikTok Shop

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain product listings across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability is updated across all e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve sales.
- Set up, manage, and monitor platform promotions, advertisements, vouchers, and campaign participation.
- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Conduct market research on competitor and identify trends, pricing opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all platforms.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with Key Account managers (KAS) from Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop regarding campaigns, platform updates, accounts, and changes, and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, online selling, and consumer relationships management (CRM).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, filtering, formulas, reporting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and strong team player.
- Able to work under pressure, especially during peak campaigns and double-digit sales events.
- Available to start ASAP.
