Senior Kitchen, Closet & Furniture Designer
BlueWave Corp. is looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join our team and help elevate the level of design, presentation, and technical development of our projects.
We are looking for someone who combines creativity, strong aesthetic judgment, technical expertise, furniture knowledge, and the ability to transform a client’s needs into functional, sophisticated, and manufacturable design solutions.
This position is involved throughout the entire project lifecycle: from understanding the client’s initial needs and developing the concept, to presenting the proposal, obtaining approval, and preparing the project correctly for manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Design kitchens, closets, bathrooms, and other residential and commercial furniture projects.* Analyze spaces, measurements, and client requirements to develop effective layouts, organization, and functional solutions.* Create proposals that combine design, aesthetics, functionality, space optimization, and manufacturing feasibility.* Prepare high-quality renders, views, elevations, drawings, and other materials required to professionally communicate each proposal.* Present and defend design concepts to clients, clearly explaining design decisions and guiding them through the selection and approval process.* Perform revisions and modifications until final project approval is achieved.* Convert approved designs into technically complete projects ready for manufacturing.* Work accurately with modules, doors, drawers, panels, fillers, finishes, materials, hardware, accessories, and other furniture components.* Properly incorporate appliances, sinks, equipment, and special elements that may affect design, manufacturing, or installation.* Identify and resolve potential issues involving design, measurements, space, manufacturing, or installation before they reach production.* Ensure projects are compatible with established standards, catalogs, and actual production capabilities.* Maintain organized project versions, revisions, approvals, and documentation.* Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, TeoWin/TeoWeb, and Manufacturing teams.* Learn from issues identified during manufacturing and installation to continuously improve future designs and reduce errors and rework.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional with demonstrated experience in kitchen, closet, bathroom, and furniture design, with the ability to develop projects that not only achieve a high aesthetic standard but can also be successfully manufactured.
We will particularly value:
* Strong experience in kitchen and furniture design.* Excellent design judgment, composition, materials, finishes, and space planning.* Ability to produce professional renders, elevations, drawings, and technical documentation.* Knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, and construction systems.* Understanding of the complete process from design concept through manufacturing and installation.* Strong presentation and client communication skills.* Proficiency with design, CAD, and 3D visualization tools.* Precision, organization, and strong attention to detail.* A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with a manufacturing team.
Professional Portfolio
A strong professional portfolio will be a fundamental part of our selection process.
We want to see real projects that demonstrate the candidate’s design level, creativity, technical capabilities, and attention to detail.
We are particularly interested in portfolios that include kitchens, closets, bathrooms, custom furniture, renders, elevations, space-planning solutions, and, whenever possible, projects that have progressed from design through manufacturing and installation.
Final compensation within the established range will depend significantly on the candidate’s demonstrated experience, portfolio quality and depth, design level, technical capabilities, and ability to develop complete, manufacturable projects.
TeoWin / TeoWeb
BlueWave uses TeoWin and TeoWeb as part of our integrated design-to-manufacturing process.
Previous experience with TeoWin or TeoWeb is NOT required. BlueWave will provide the necessary training.
Previous experience with these platforms will be considered an advantage.

Position & Compensation
Work arrangement: Remote – Full-timeLocation: Latin AmericaCompensation: US$1,800–US$2,500 per month
Compensation will be determined based on professional experience, portfolio quality, design level, technical expertise, proficiency with design tools, and demonstrated ability to take projects from concept through manufacturing-ready development.
