Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Labor Relations Superintendent.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Human Resources function as a strategic business partner, with a strong focus on labor relations and payroll management. The role ensures legal compliance, operational stability, and a positive work environment, while supporting business objectives through effective management of employee relations, compensation processes, and organizational practices. This position balances strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution, driving workforce stability, minimizing risk, and enabling business performance.

Job Responsibilities

Drive labor relations strategy to sustain a stable, respectful, and compliant work environment.Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, minimizing organizational risk.Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict legal compliance. (Expanded scope)Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing decisions on employee relations, organizational design, and risk management.Lead investigations, disciplinary processes, and effective conflict resolution.Strengthen employee engagement and foster a high-performance, values-driven culture.Monitor and leverage key workforce metrics (turnover, absenteeism, payroll costs) to drive informed decision-making.Build organizational capability through talent development, coaching, and succession planning.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within Human Resources processes.Ensure consistent Human Resources support across all shifts, including extended or 24/7 operations. Qualifications

Education level required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Years And Area Of Experience Required

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources

Technical knowledge

Strong employee relations experience and focus on positive work environment, Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance Strong experience in compliance with CTPAT, OEA, LFT Experience as a leader of people Experience in plants with HC +1000 English advanced
